Facilities:

The City of Maypearl reserves the athletic fields located at 5720 FM 66 for games, practices and other special events.

Fees:

  • $25 per hour without lights
  • $35 per hour with lights
  • Batting cages can be reserved for $15 per hour per bay or $25 per hour for all three bays.

Conditions:

  • Rentals must be paid prior to time of reservation.
  • Rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • When a reservation is made, the customer will receive a receipt that serves as the field permit.
  • Customers are required to carry this field permit with them in case of a discrepancy over who has the right to be on the field.

How to Reserve:

Groups or individuals interested in reserving a practice field (baseball/softball) may do so by visiting City Hall, 104 E Second Street, Maypearl, TX 76064, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, closed for lunch 1pm – 2pm. No cash allowed.

 

The City of Maypearl reserves pavilions at both the sports complex at 5720 FM 66 and Wilemon Park on Reagan Street.

Fees:

  • Wilemon Park Pavilion – reserves for three hours at $30, then $15 per hour for each subsequent hour.
  • The sports complex pavilion reserves for three hours at $50, then $15 per hour for each subsequent hour.
  • With a $100 deposit electricity can be added for bounce houses, etc.
  • A certificate of insurance stating the City of Maypearl as certificate holder and additional insured is required.

How to Reserve:

Groups or individuals interested in reserving a pavilion may do so by visiting City Hall, 104 E Second Street, Maypearl, TX 76064, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, closed for lunch 1pm – 2pm. No cash allowed.

Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
